Chrome is a great browser for a variety of reasons. But what makes Google Chrome a stand-out browser?

It’s ease of use.

There are a ton of Chrome tricks that make this browser easy to use and even easier to work in. To get you started in the right direction, here are 5 simple Chrome tricks that’ll make you more efficient.

Open accidentally closed tabs

If you’ve ever accidentally closed an important tab, you know all about frustration. Well, here’s some good news. Chrome has a feature that allows you to easily reopen closed tabs.

Here’s how to do it:

Simply right-click on any other open tab on your browser window, then select the “Reopen Closed Tab” option. You can also press “Control +Shift +T” at the same time and Chrome will automatically reopen recently closed tabs. Just keep repeating the process to open more and more closed tabs until you find the tab in question.

Drag multiple tabs at the same time

Dragging tabs between windows adds so much convenience to your workflow. Particularly if you take advantage of dual or split screens. But sometimes you need to drag more than one tab at a time in order to keep them grouped. Well, Chrome can do that with ease.

Here’s how to do it:

This one’s super simple. Just hold down the “Control” key and click on the tabs you want to drag together, then drag them as a group. See how easy that was?

Here’s how to do it:

Again, this one is simple. Hold down the “Control” key and use the numbers 1-9 on the number pad. Each number will automatically be associated with a tab, making it easy to browse between them as needed. It’s a great way to streamline your workflow and cut out the mouse.
